Shipping policy
At Clément Jewellers, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to our customers across Europe and ensure that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are ready to dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our Shop to the destination. European Orders usually take between 5-10 day and Local Orders take between 1-2 working days. These times however, may vary and some may take longer to arrive.
